You will be assigned a quote that is reflective of that directional choice. Sketch said quote (feel free to use reference images found online via your device, or books & magazines on counter) in three different manners.
Then, within your groups work to either define your quote through illustration, or find a way to combine the multiple illustrations into one piece. Create two sketches of this new design.
Objective: To collaboratively illustrate a quote with aesthetic cohesion that is representative of your unique perspective as a group by using techniques you have practiced throughout your art career to date.
